LESSON 23 · BEGINNER · SHORT LESSON
Cylinder Force Calculation
Theoretical force is pressure multiplied by effective piston area. Actual net force also requires back pressure and losses to be considered.
What is happening technically?
D=100 mm için A=7.853,98 mm². p=160 bar ile F=125,66 kN ≈12,81 ton-kuvvet. d=50 mm için geri alan 5.890,49 mm² ve teorik kuvvet 94,25 kN olur.
In practice
Extension and retraction do not produce equal force at the same pressure: subtract rod area on the rod side.

Symptom → check → solution
If movement, pressure or temperature changes, first identify the conditions in which the symptom occurs. Record existing gauge readings. Base maintenance or circuit examination on causes confirmed by measurements.
